Local auto dealership is looking for energetic individual to join our team as an F&I Manager/Sales Manager
Our ideal candidate will be:
· Needs to be a hands on and motivated individual who is highly proficient in teaching and coaching through the use of our proven sales process with a focus on maintaining a high level of customer and employee satisfaction and enthusiasm.
· Know how to operate within a CRM.
· Understand the Internet Sales Process
· The successful candidate will have 2+ years prior New / Pre-Owned sales management.
· Will have demonstrated success in managing all sources of traffic, inventory and staff with industry leading CSI.
· Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
· Previous auto sales / finance management experience is a plus.
· Medium sized store with BIG growth potential for the right leader.
· The F&I Manager will be responsible for leadership of the Sales Department through setting of realistic objectives, and the planning, controlling and measuring of the performance of the team they oversee.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,663.00 per year
