Must be able to:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote dealership events and offers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Have the ability to manage managers to achieve their assigned duties.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willing to dedicate the time required to achieve success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
