Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales department operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Develop, train, and retain high-performing sales staff.
- Establish and execute monthly business plans to drive sales and profitability.
- Track performance metrics, set goals, and ensure accountability across the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, including at least 1 year in a management role.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a team-first mindset.
- Franchise dealership experience preferred; domestic brand familiarity a plus.
