A well-established, highly respected automotive dealership group is seeking a dynamic/experienced/high-performing Automotive General Manager to join its team in the greater St. Louis area.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales/service/management/operations, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Manage daily dealership operations and staff performance.
- Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term business planning.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in an Automotive Dealership General Manager role
- Stable work history and proven success
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM/DMS software – e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK
- High ethical standards and professionalism
Position offers:
- A fantastic compensation opportunity - $300,000-$500,000
