Position To Be Filled: Sales Manager Assistant

Mike Burch Ford is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Manager Assistant to provide vital administrative and operational support to our Sales Manager and Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be highly dependable, efficient in managing multiple priorities, and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and timely processing of all sales-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team.
- Prepare and organize vehicle sales jackets and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Process and report all vehicle sales to the accounting department in a timely manner.
- Administer manufacturer rebates and incentive programs with precision and attention to deadlines.
- Manage vehicle key control and ensure accurate tracking of key inventory.
- Assist in coordinating dealer trades, including communication, documentation, and logistics.
- Support the sales department with scheduling, file management, and general administrative duties.
- Provide logistical support as needed for vehicle deliveries, customer pickups, and internal transfers.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all record-keeping and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administrative experience preferred; dealership or automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
