Automotive Sales Manager Wanted – Join Our Family-Owned Dealership Group!

Location: Sport Chevrolet & Sport Cadillac (Silver Spring, Maryland)
Schedule: Full-time, including some evenings/weekends
Salary: Competitive + Bonuses

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals

Monitor and manage daily operations of the sales department
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
Work closely with ownership and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in automotive sales and management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service
Ability to build and maintain a high-performing sales team
Knowledge of dealership software (CRM, DMS systems a plus)
