Key Responsibilities (based on skillset): Desk deals and support finance workflow

Lead the sales floor and manage the sales process Drive new car sales initiatives Coach and hold the team accountable to CRM follow-up and process Collaborate closely with the existing management team

What We're Looking For:
- Automotive sales management experience preferred, but we will consider high-performing sales professionals who are ready to step into leadership and have demonstrated accountability, initiative, and team influence
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Experience in one or more of the following: desking, floor leadership, training, or process execution
Bonus if you have: Hyundai or import experience
