We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Internet Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will harness the power of the internet to drive sales, engage with potential customers online, and help modernize our sales approach.
The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for sales performance results, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction with your internet sales team. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and profitability through effective sales and closing techniques and by providing exceptional customer service
Candidates with experience working as a Sales Consultant, Service Advisor, Finance Manager, or BDC Manager are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive online sales strategies.
- Build relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for life
- Understand and showcase vehicle features and benefits during online interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest online marketing techniques.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Internet Sales Director regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Follow up on all Internet Leads
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,223.00 - $180,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
