Queens / New York City Area Import Dealer is looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to join its team!
You will run a team of 70+ employees with control of all dealership departments including accounting, parts, service, new and used sales, etc.
Must have a proven track record of dealership success for 10+ years.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Drive sales growth by maximizing revenue opportunities and expanding market share
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance sales team performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
10+ years in automotive industry with clear path to success.
-A true TEAM PLAYER AND TEAM MENTALITY is a MUST.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite -ABILITY TO WORK WITH ALL LEVELS OF DEALERSHIP STAFF WITH COHESION TO MOVE THE SALES DEPARTMENTS FORWARD AND INCREASE PROFITABILITY.
