Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturer Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with OEM representatives and meet or exceed performance standards.
- Financial Performance: Oversee dealership financial health, maximizing profitability and safeguarding assets.
- People & Culture: Cultivate a high-performing, motivated team through strategic hiring, coaching, and leadership development.
- Customer Experience: Drive a culture of exceptional service, ensuring a loyal and growing customer base.
- Asset Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and brand-compliant facility aligned with financial and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive automotive management experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing dealership operations and teams
- Expertise with automotive software platforms (Dealertrack, V Auto, VinSolutions, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of dealership P&L
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence and team engagement
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
