This role is hands-on, visible, and accountable. If you prefer managing through reports, meetings, or layers of insulation, this is not the job for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Building, developing, and retaining a high-performance sales team.
- Setting clear expectations, coaching in real time, and holding people accountable—consistently
- Driving operational excellence across new and pre-owned sales.
- Translating strategy into daily execution on the showroom floor and in the service drive.
- Creating a culture where high standards are the norm and high performance is rewarded.
- Protecting and strengthening a long-standing family-owned brand built on trust and integrity.
