Automotive Sales Manager
A family-owned franchised dealership is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Manager to join their team. This role requires a high-energy professional with prior Sales Manager experience, capable of fostering a positive sales environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the dealership's customer loan origination and approval process, maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with auto manufacturers.
- Manage inventory proficiently.
- Assess customer needs for finance and payment options.
- Motivate and train the sales team, upholding high ethical standards while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI).
- Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels.
- Collaborate with the service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable.
- Follow up on sales leads, working effectively with sales consultants to close deals.
