We are looking to hire professional sales managers who have an experience in used car sales management.
Potential candidate must start at one of our three locations and demonstrate professionalism in management and knowledge of the business. Candidate must start hiring and training sales personal to be able to come to the new location with the team ready to start rolling.
Job Summary
The Pre-Owned Manager hires, develops, motivates and leads the sales team to meet set goals; also plans sales forecasts, manages staffing and vehicle inventories, directs the sales group’s promotional and advertising efforts and achieves the retailer’s business goals by driving sales while maintaining healthy gross profits.
- Responsibilities and Duties
- Control inventory
- Establish and adjust pricing by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand, and retail facility profit/return on investment/equity expectations.
- Achieve profit goals by developing and meeting levels of gross profit per unit.
- Hire, develop, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Client Advisors.
- Develop the strengths and skills of the sales staff on a regular basis via mini-training sessions.
- Establish goals for Client Advisors.
- Review performance against goals on a regular basis.
- Display, merchandise, and promote vehicles.

- Job Requirements
- At least 5 years leadership experience at Franchise dealership - used car lot a MUST
- Proven experience in the local market a MUST.
- Experience with imports a MUST.
- Proven hiring and training results.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Consultative selling skills.
- Able to evaluate staff fairly and impartially.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
