Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, customer retention, and overall profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of department managers, sales professionals, and service staff to achieve individual and dealership-wide goals.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, delivering exceptional experiences to every client who walks through our doors.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Uphold dealership standards and ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a General Manager in the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a diverse team.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, capable of making informed decisions that impact the dealership's success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales, service operations, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
- Possess a deep understanding of Pre-Owned Operations, including Special Finance
- Must be a hands-on, roll up your sleeves to lead by example, kind of person.
