Chevrolet Business Elite Manager – Commercial & Fleet Sales

Ginn Chevrolet is looking for a dedicated and driven Chevrolet Business Elite Manager to lead our commercial and fleet division. This is not just a sales role — it’s a strategic leadership position. You will be the face of our commitment to local businesses, responsible for driving significant revenue through the specialized Chevrolet Business Elite program.

What You Will Do

Lead the B2B Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to aggressively grow commercial vehicle sales volume and market share.

Expert Consultation

Serve as the product expert on Chevrolet’s commercial lineup (Silverado HD, Express Vans, Medium Duty, etc.) and advise businesses on optimal vehicle specifications, upfits, and specialized equipment for their operational needs.

Drive Profitability

Manage all aspects of the commercial P&L, including inventory ordering, pricing strategy, and maximizing gross profit per unit.

Build Relationships

Actively prospect and cold-call local businesses, government agencies, and fleet operators to establish and maintain long-term, profitable customer relationships.

Manage the Program

Ensure 100% compliance with GM’s Business Elite program standards, including extended service hours coordination, offering work-ready loaners, and managing Business Choice incentives.

Lead Your Team

Hire, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of Business Elite Sales Consultants to ensure daily sales objectives are met.

What You Will Bring

Experience

3+ years in Fleet, Commercial, or B2B Sales Management within the automotive or related heavy equipment industry.

Commercial Acumen

Deep knowledge of job-rating commercial vehicles and a working knowledge of upfit solutions and job-related accessories.

Leadership

Proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold a sales team accountable to aggressive performance targets.
