What You’ll DoLeadership & Culture
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performance team across all dealership departments
- Build and protect a people‑first culture rooted in integrity, accountability, and customer care
- Recruit, hire, and retain top talent
Customer Experience
- Champion a world‑class customer experience at every touchpoint
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain and improve CSI/SSI performance
Sales & Marketing Leadership
- Guide new and used vehicle sales strategy, pricing, and merchandising
- Partner with marketing to drive traffic, leads, and brand awareness
- Ensure F&I compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
