Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the negotiation process with Sales Consultants ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
- Desk deals based on current offers and incentives
- Appraise vehicles for trade
- Ability to handle and resolve guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Develop, engage, and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes
- Weekly team coaching, reporting and accountability meetings with sales team
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate and interact effectively with guests and associates from each department within the dealership
- Understand, abide by and implement federal, state, and local regulations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1-2 years’ sales experience required, dealership experience preferred
- Successful track record
- Team oriented
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- CDK (DMS) preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
