- Sales Manager will be accountable for TEAM's daily performance metrics, driven by and maintained within Dealerships CRM
- Sales Manager will be responsible for Sales Representatives individual business and marketing plans
- Sales Manager will support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum ROI for the Dealership
