Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to lead our online vehicle sales operations. In this role, you will oversee the entire digital sales process, from generating leads to closing high-end automotive deals, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise in B2B and retail sales, combined with strong negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM software, will drive the growth of our online sales pipeline. As a key leader, you will manage a team of sales professionals, develop innovative marketing strategies, and optimize inventory management to maximize revenue. Duties
- Experience as a Sales Manager is preferred
- Lead and manage the online car sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract high-end clients through digital channels
- Cultivate relationships with potential buyers via outbound calls, cold calling, and B2B outreach
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects using CRM software and other organizational tools
- Oversee inventory control and management to ensure availability of desirable vehicles for online customers
- Conduct virtual presentations and public speaking engagements to promote vehicle features and dealership services
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer value and dealership revenue
- Ensure excellent customer service through professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and timely follow-up
- Support sales support functions such as inventory management, retail math calculations, and organizational tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles
- Strong background in B2B sales, outbound sales, and cold calling strategies
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and pipeline development
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Exceptional communication skills including public speaking and phone etiquette
- Solid understanding of inventory management, inventory control, and retail math principles
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Experience with marketing strategies tailored for digital platforms and online audiences
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and dealership operations is preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
