What You'll Do:

Lead, inspire, and push a high-performing new and used car sales team.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and exceed them.
Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and merchandising for maximum profit.
Coach, train, and develop sales employees to consistently improve performance.
Track KPI's, analyze results, and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Ensure every customer receives an exceptional, high-energy buying experience.
Collaborate with finance and upper management to close deals and grow revenue.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (new, used, or both).
Strong leadership skills with a competitive, goal oriented mindset.
Deep understanding of automotive processes and CRM systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
Professional, driven, and customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
