Skills and Qualifications:
The Sales BDC Manager is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below.
- Ability to provide clear information over the telephone (clarity, rhythm, volume)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent grammar and pronunciation
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to meet/exceed daily outbound call requirements
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Success in high outbound call environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong desire to increase sales
- Ability to meet and exceed goals/quotas
- Reliable, consistent attendance with strong desire to grow with the company
- Great work ethic and coach-able attitude with high energy
- Being a team player in a fun work environment
