We are looking to add on A “Game Changer” of a General Manager, to lead our team to greatness!!! If you have previous, GSM/ Used Car Director experience, and a proven track record you could possibly be a perfect fit. If you are a GSM/ UCM, and have been passed up for an Opportunity, or Promotion- we want to chat with you.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years of General Manager experience.
- Has vast Used Car knowledge, also possibly wholesale purchase/auction experience.
- Must have Used Car Sales Manager/ GSM, GM (Mazda) Experience.
- Ability to lead a team to Greatness!
- Has Experience with an Import Dealer, but will consider a Domestic candidate with the right track record.
Job Requirements:
- Team first attitude
- Ability to hire, recruit, train, retain and lead a sales staff.
- Ability to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual YOY targeted sales forecasts.
- Has a Proven Track Record.
- Exudes a strong work ethic, and is able to hold others accountable.
- Organization and world class follow-up skills.
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record (MVR).
