Key Responsibilities – Internet Manager:
-
Manage all incoming internet leads across multiple platforms (OEM, third-party, website)

Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries via phone, email, and text
-
Maintain CRM accuracy and follow-up protocols to maximize appointment set rates

Collaborate with BDC, Sales, and Marketing teams to optimize lead conversion

Monitor digital performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI
-
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership communication standards
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in automotive Internet Sales or BDC management is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, etc.)

Ability to multitask and manage high lead volume with precision

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
