What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage all sales operations across new, used, and finance departments
Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team
Monitor KPIs including volume, gross, backend, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic and lead conversion
Ensure compliance with state regulations and manufacturer standards
Develop and execute monthly sales strategies and forecasting

What You Bring:

GSM experience is preferred. Automotive sales experience is required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Deep understanding of finance products, inventory management, and digital retailing
Ability to analyze data and make fast, informed decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
