The ideal candidate must have the following:
Job Qualifications - 5 Years Minimum CDJR Experience
- Seasoned heavily in Bank Guidelines Full Spectrum Finance, Prime and Subprime.
- Automotive F&I & Desking Experience in Dealer Track or Route One.
- Excellent overall understanding of subprime transactions; how to read credit bureaus, conduct customer interviews, assist in proper vehicle selection to fit "Bank Guideline", and ability to rework declines to approvals with (Rehash) tool and phone while maintaining control of sales and customer.
- Knowledge of various secondary banks, rate sheets, ability to read and calculate pay stubs, and true understanding of (PTI, DTI & LTV).
- Existing relationships of various automotive secondary financial institutions is a plus
- Ability to work with F&I and Salespeople to limit CIT to 1 - 5 days for funding
- Ability to find and secure new sources of subprime lending that meet dealership requirements if needed.
Job Requirements

- 5+ Years of Working with Full Spectrum Customers in F&I or Equivalent Experience
- Working in both Pre-Covid and Post-Covid Environments is a plus.
- E-lead CRM and Provision Knowledge are a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License
