Sales Manager
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members and provide coaching and training as needed
Requirements:
- Automotive Sales Management experience required
- Automotive F&I experience preferred
- Ability to work with BDC and sales staff to meet sales goals
- Working knowledge and use of a CRM
- Ability to assist sales staff in closing of sales
