We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales & Finance Manager with a strong background in both auto sales and finance. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success and leadership in a dealership environment.
Job Summary:
The Sales & Finance Manager will lead the sales team, structure and finalize deals, and secure financing for customers of all credit levels. This role is critical to our continued growth and requires someone who can perform under pressure, drive performance, and maintain strong relationships with lenders and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve sales and finance goals
- Work directly with customers to close deals and provide financing solutions
- Secure approvals with a range of lenders, including subprime and prime institutions
- Maximize profitability per vehicle sold while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Maintain strong working relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial partners
- Review and analyze department metrics, including gross profit, PVR, and finance penetration
- Resolve customer issues professionally and support long-term customer satisfaction
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in automotive sales and finance management
- Documented history of achieving or exceeding sales and F&I targets
- Deep understanding of finance programs and compliance requirements
- Exceptional leadership, closing, and communication skills
- Experience working in high-volume used car dealership environments
- Proficient with CRM and DMS systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
