Position Overview:
A confidential dealership is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team in the Toyota market. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, proven finance knowledge (including SETF OneSource programs), and at least three years of experience as a Sales Manager in a large dealership setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Oversee inventory and appraisals, ensuring effective management.
- Desk deals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability.
- Provide training and coaching to foster team growth and success.
- Introduce innovative ideas to enhance sales operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales Manager experience in a high-volume dealership (250+ units monthly).
- Toyota brand experience preferred; similar brand experience considered.
- Strong finance knowledge; SETF OneSource familiarity preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, training, and motivational skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and vehicle appraisals effectively.
- Creative problem-solver who contributes new ideas.

Pay: $87,394.22 - $255,248.95 per year
