Job Summary
We are seeking a highly influential and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to oversee and mentor our sales team. You’ll lead a team of highly ambitious and motivated sales professionals to break benchmarks and set new industry standards for excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Strategy
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed dealership goals.
· Set monthly and annual sales targets for the team.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
· Assist sales staff in closing deals and negotiating terms.
· Implement follow-up systems for potential and existing customers.
Team Management
· Hire, train, motivate, and supervise sales associates.
· Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
· Provide coaching and support to improve team effectiveness.
· Foster a customer-focused and team-oriented culture.
Customer Relations
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
· Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution.
· Oversee the delivery process and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Marketing & Promotions
· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan advertising campaigns and promotional events.
· Track floor traffic and lead conversion rates.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience.
At least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems.
Weekend and evening availability will be required.
