Moorefield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. The right candidate will bring a proven track record in dealership sales management, a strong background in CRM and lead management, and solid finance knowledge to help maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales performance by coaching and developing the sales team
- Oversee CRM and lead management systems to ensure fast response times and consistent follow-up
- Monitor and manage internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic to maximize closing ratios
- Partner with the finance team to structure deals that are profitable and customer-focused
- Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow volume and market share
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an automotive Sales Manager (CDJR experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and lead management best practices
- Finance & F&I background to help support deal structures and gross retention
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven mindset with focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- eLeads & CDK knowledge is a plus
