Team Leadership: Train and coach sales reps on phone skills, follow-up techniques, and closing strategies.

Activity Management: Drive high-volume daily activities and ensure team accountability.

CRM Expertise: Use eLead CRM to build customer relationships, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Customer Engagement: Respond quickly to digital inquiries and guide potential buyers through the sales process.

Appointment Setting: Schedule dealership visits and test drives from online leads.

Digital Communication: Engage customers via phone, email, text, and chat.

Requirements:

Proven experience in BDC, Internet Sales, or Dealership Management

Strong phone and communication skills
