General Sales Manager – High-Volume Dealership

High-performing, high-energy automotive dealership, known for our exceptional customer service, and strong presence in the southern California market. With continued growth and a large monthly sales volume, we're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire sales department (new, used, internet, and finance teams).
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance to exceed volume targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and training programs.
- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performance sales team.
- Ensure top-tier customer experience and maintain high CSI scores.
- Manage inventory, pricing, trade-ins, and work closely with the BDC and F&I departments.
- Utilize CRM and DMS systems to track sales performance and team productivity.
- Collaborate with ownership and department heads on dealership goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years dealership experience.
- Proven record in sales and management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Expert-level understanding of CRM systems, desking deals, and modern digital sales platforms.
- Deep knowledge of inventory turn, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
- Highly organized and data-driven.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
