Toyota experience is preferred, along with a proven history of leadership in high-volume automotive operations.

Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of dealership sales management experience in high-volume environments
- Proven track record of achieving sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals
- Hands-on leadership style with coaching, mentoring, and team development expertise
- Experience managing variable-based compensation plans
- Toyota experience preferred
