Carworx Distribution Inc, a leader in Automotive Refinishes, paints and Industrial Coatings for 25 years, head office located in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada is seeking a National Sales Manager for Automotive Refinishes in the USA.
The ideal candidate must have minimum of 5 years experience specific to the automotive refinish and repair industry, be motivated, organized and a team player.
The responsibilities for National Sales Manager include:
- Building a Sales team who will meet with existing customers on a regular basis and ensuring hands on customer support;
- Developing new business and generate leads;
- Meeting sales targets;
- Manage the activities and performance of the Sales team;
- Ongoing product training for yourself and your sales team;
- Setting individual sales goals with your team ;
- Provide guidance and motivation to your team;
- Strong communication & collaboration with our Head Office;
- Travelling across the USA is required
Desired Skills and Experience for National Sales Manager:
- 5 years experience in Automotive Refinishes industry and management
- Knowledge in the proper application of various Automotive refinish products .
- Organizational and motivational skills;
- Leadership skills to manage a team;
- Communication skills, must be fluent in English and is familiar with the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel);
- Able and willing to travel throughout the USA
- Valid driver's license
