Subaru of Newnan is seeking a motivated and experienced Subaru New Car Sales Manager to join our team in Newnan, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of new car sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase new car sales
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals
Oversee the sales process from start to finish
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Maintain a high level of product knowledge

Requirements:

2+ years of sales management experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership abilities
Automotive industry experience preferred
