Summary
We are seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our fleet sales operations, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships with businesses.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve fleet sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and local businesses.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with fleet customers.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fleet offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices.
- Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in B2B or fleet vehicle environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automobile sales processes is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
