Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that vehicles are displayed attractively.
- Provide excellent public speaking presentations during promotional events or customer meetings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is required.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and inventory management processes is an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills for managing operations through web based computer programs.
- Excellent math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans.
- Demonstrated ability in public speaking and presenting information clearly to customers.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
