Automotive Sales Manager
Audi Meadowlands – Secaucus, NJ
Audi Meadowlands is seeking an experienced, driven Sales Manager to help lead a high-volume, performance-focused operation during a period of growth and transformation. This is not a desk-warming role. We’re looking for a leader who can manage people, process, and profit simultaneously.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Sales Consultants and ABS staff
- Drive showroom performance, desking, TOs, and deal structure
- Ensure consistent execution of sales process, CRM usage, and follow-up standards
- Partner with F&I, BDC, and Used Car leadership to maximize conversion and gross
- Analyze KPIs daily: volume, PVR, close rate, pipeline, and inventory turn
- Set the tone—professional, ethical, customer-focused, and competitive
- Responsible for dealer trades
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (Audi or luxury brand a plus)
- Strong desking, closing, and people-development skills
- CRM discipline (CDK / E-Leads experience preferred)
- Ability to lead from the front
- High accountability
- Process-driven
