Nissan City of Springfield is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential,
Responsible for:
- Training, leading, and developing the sales staff
- Provide the sales department with exceptional customer service.
- Help find new ways to create new customers and to keep the existing customers.
- Meet and surpass quotas and projections on a regular basis.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Actively participate in creating Social Media Content including Video and Pictures.
- Exceptional collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to motivate a team to excel in all areas.
- MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude!!

Qualifications
- Two years of automotive sales management experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, speaking, writing, and listening.
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK
- experience preferred.
- Ability to lead, and train.

Pay: $125,500.00 - $185,000.00 per year
