We are searching for an Internet manager. Whether you have 10+ years of experience, or only 2-3 years, we will make sure that you are set up for success.
What you will do:
- Monitor and assist BDC agents with online sales inquiries.
- Manage lead processes.
- Manage scheduling and bonuses for team.
- Confirm and reschedule appointments.
- Coaching new BDC hires and sales representatives to improve customer experience.
- Ability to create sales quotes & check credit history
- Your overall goal is to provide high level service to consumers shopping online while increasing the percent of consumers visiting the dealership after their online inquiry

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
