Doral Toyota is seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish), and results-driven General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead our sales operations at a high-volume Toyota dealership in Miami. As General Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales team's success--leading from the front, inspiring excellence, and delivering consistent growth in volume, gross, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and and hold accountable the sales management team, including New Car and Used Car Managers, Internet/BDC, and Sales Consultants.
- Oversee all sales operations, ensuring profitability, growth, and top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Manage all new and pre-owned inventory with a focus on days supply.
- Develop and execute monthly/annual sales strategies to achieve, and exceed, volume and gross objectives.
- Maintain accountability for sales performance metrics, including CSI scores, PVR, and closing ratios.
- Work closely with the Dealer Principal and General Manager to maximize store performance
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
- Ensure compliance with all OEM programs, standards, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in high-volume automotive sales management (Toyota experience preferred but not required).
- MUST BE BILINGUAL- ENGLISH/SPANISH
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of dealership operations, F&I processes, inventory management, and digital retailing.

Pay: $350,000.00 - $700,000.00 per year
