Job Description
Volkswagen of Oakland is hiring for a Sales Manager to help run our Elite sales department. Main responsibilities will include desking deals, handling finance paperwork, managing CRM, following up with leads, implementing processes, and helping oversee all sales operations.

- Excellent closing skills
- Positive & energetic
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Finance Experience required
- Franchised dealership experience required
- Sales Manager experience a plus
- Volkswagen experience a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work 1 weekend day
We Offer

- Competitive Sales Manager pay - Salary + Dept Bonus + Individual Bonus - equivalent to 5-6% of department gross
