PURPOSE:

The Dealer Relationship Manager is responsible for the management, and growth of the dealer base and volume within an assigned territory. The Dealer Relationship Manager will develop auto dealer’s relationships, maintain those relationships, and train dealership personnel on program guidelines and serve as the primary liaison between dealership personnel and internal CULS/Cinch staff.

POSITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospect & develop new dealer relationships in-person to actively grow the dealer base in the assigned market(s).
Communicate via phone, text messages, emails, and Teams calls (as needed) to introduce the company and identify additional prospective dealers within the target market(s) assigned.
Develop new business through daily visits to auto dealerships to train and promote the company’s indirect auto finance program.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of general economic conditions and trends that may affect the company’s indirect auto lending program.
Monitor competitors’ rates and program changes.
Identify and communicate dealer’s needs to ensure quality service is provided.
Maintain updated contact information in Outlook & SF for all assigned dealers.
Serve as liaison between dealership personnel and CULS/Cinch internal staff.
Identify, suggest, and implement marketing opportunities and programs as warranted.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3-5 year’s equivalent professional experience required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
Must be detailed oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must be self-motivated and work independently.
Must have reliable transportation.
Detailed knowledge of auto dealership operations & indirect finance industry required.
Must have strong marketing, sales, and dealer relationship management skills.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Responsible for following and complying with all company policies and procedures.
Responsible for following and complying with all state and federal laws and regulations.
Responsible for complying with all requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
Perform all duties in a manner protective of confidential CULS/Cinch and consumer information.
Performs other tasks/duties as needed/assigned.
Must have reliable transportation.
