Job Overview
We are expanding our nationwide Auto F&I agency and seeking a highly motivated Dealer Relationship Manager (DRM) to build and grow partnerships with franchise and independent automotive dealerships.
As a 1099, commission-only contractor, you control your income and your schedule. If you excel at building relationships, driving sales activity, and helping dealerships increase profit through warranty and ancillary products, this is an opportunity with substantial earning potential and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships
- Present and promote our lineup of vehicle service contracts (VSCs) and ancillary products
- Conduct dealership visits, follow-ups, and performance check-ins
- Process dealer agreements and assist with dealer system onboarding
- Help dealerships integrate our products into their sales process
- Provide ongoing support related to products, claims processes, and system usage, and monthly remittance
- Track your dealer performance and contract volume
- Drive consistent monthly production through relationship-building and education
- Represent the brokerage professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in automotive sales, F&I, warranty/VSC sales, or dealership operations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence and educate dealer personnel
- Ability to speak directly with dealer decision makers
- Self-motivated, driven, and disciplined — able to manage your own pipeline
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for uncapped earnings
- Ability to travel to dealerships within your assigned territory
- Professional presence and reliability
- Comfortable working 100% commission (1099)
