Lexus of Watertown is looking for a Pre-owned Sales Manager with a proven track record of:
* Maintaining the highest CSI and customer satisfaction * Using the internet as a resource and business philosophy by which to build sales and loyalty. Our ideal candidates must have a strong work ethic, a passion for this business, and an ability to bring that passion and energy to a showroom. Lexus and or Luxury model experience is a plus. Pre-owned Sales Manager Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: * Coaching and Training the sales force as a member of the management team * Establish positive relationships with customers using superior communication and customer service skills * Desking deals and utilization of the CRM to manage contacts and follow-up *Pricing and Maintaining Pre-owned inventory * Accurate and timely submission of paperwork in accordance with policies * Understand sales procedures and compliance * Maintain the highest standard of moral, ethical and legal integrity at all times * Must be customer oriented, organized and have verifiable references.
