This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows the car business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be a key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience.
What you’ll do
- Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team to consistently hit and exceed goals
- Drive daily performance through strong process, accountability, and leadership
- Support customer interactions and ensure an exceptional buying experience
- Monitor sales metrics, manage the desk, and help close deals when needed
- Build a positive, competitive, team-first culture
What we’re looking for (must-haves)
- Prior automotive sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
- Strong communication and customer-first mindset
