AutoTrust Dealer Alliance is currently looking for a Vice President of Sales to join our team. The Vice President of Sales & Dealer Development will lead AutoTrust’s expansion efforts, focusing on signing new dealers and improving the penetration and performance of our auto protection product portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep automotive F&I expertise and the ability to drive growth through relationship-building and strategic selling. You will train and develop assigned dealerships in all aspects related to automotive F and I. 10+ years of Automotive F and I experience is REQUIRED! The ability to travel WEEKLY will also be REQUIRED!

Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly dealer acquisition targets and auto protection product penetration goals.
- Develop and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline of independent and mid-sized
franchise dealers.
- Deliver compelling business cases, demos, and value presentations to dealer principals
and executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support dealer onboarding, training, and success
metrics.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements and future roadmap
planning.
- Represent AutoTrust Solutions at industry events, dealer group meetings, and national
F&I forums.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required).
- 10+ years of experience in automotive F&I or dealer development.
- Experience with comparable F&I providers (JM&A, Easy Care, Assurant, for example) strongly preferred.
- Proven success in new dealer acquisition and product performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of F&I structures, retail automotive operations, and dealer P&L impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic selling skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong execution capability.
- Willingness and ability to travel weekly.
