Arrigo Auto Group in South Florida is a leading automotive retailer committed to delivering exceptional customer service, a top-tier buying experience, and a wide selection of vehicles. We are growing our sales team and seeking a motivated, results-driven Internet Sales Director to lead our phone and digital sales operations and maximize online opportunities and set a massive amount of sales appointments.
The Internet Sales Director is responsible for managing the internet and bdc staff, all online leads, internet-based customer interactions, and digital sales processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coach and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily incoming/outbound phone opportunities and internet lead management to ensure timely follow-up with all prospects. Develop and implement effective training for both phone and internet sales skills to grow a long-lasting team of Top tier professionals Train, manage, and support the internet sales team in meeting appointment goals and follow up Master the CRM and Monitor CRM usage and lead response times to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the GM and GSM to align online advertising, promotions, and lead-generation campaigns. Maintain a high standard of customer communication through email, text, chat, video and phone. Report on internet sales performance, conversion rates, and lead sources to senior management. Stay up to date with industry trends, online retail tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive internet sales and/or management required. Strong understanding of CRM systems and online lead management. CRM, Drive Centric Experience is preferred but not mandatory Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Tech-savvy with handling volume, lead generation, and digital retailing platforms. Customer-focused with the ability to set appointments.
