One of Long Island’s premier luxury dealerships is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Pre-Owned/Automotive Sales Manager to help take our successful dealership to the next level.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pre-owned sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Develop strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in automotive sales management (luxury dealership experience a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals
- Knowledge of dealership CRM and inventory management tools preferred
