Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with finance experience to lead our high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for department operations, profitability, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and profitability of sales departments
- Manage dealership staffing, hiring, and training
- Set and achieve sales quotas and goals
- Motivate and coach sales staff daily to maintain high morale
- Lead by example with professionalism, enthusiasm, and accountability
- Monitor and manage daily performance metrics
- Collaborate with other operational units to maximize opportunities
- Supervise and support salespeople
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of stable management-level experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record as a strong producer and team builder with excellent profit results
- Process- and goal-driven, with ability to hold the sales team accountable
- Exceptional organizational, customer service, and public relations skills
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Basic accounting knowledge and advanced computer skills
- High professionalism and integrity
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening
- Finance experience required
